Stretching Between Lifts

Hey everyone was wondering how effective is stretching between lifts are, for health and results. (antagonist stretching)

I’ve had tight lats and pecs cause I never stretched them. I’m guessing if my main movement is bench press if I stretch lats for 30sec. between sets that would be a good thing?
Same thing when doing rows and such, would stretching the pecs between sets be a good idea?

Stretch the muscle you train after your done training it, while it’s still pumped. It’s an important element of DC training.

Stretching your lats lightly before your chest session may help a bit. You don’t want to lose too much tension though.
