Stretching and hypertrophy

Hey there.

Okay...after doing a forum search and not getting any real answers...I figured that maybe some people here may be able to help.

Hope I phrase this right...does post workout stretching decrease muscle hypertrophy?

For example... working on the Quads and hamstrings then front splits (and the like)?

I don't think stretching at any time decreases hypertrophy... may increase it though... I heard Ron Jeremy stretches to induce hypertrophy but I don't think that applies here...
