Hey now, a long time ago I developed stretch marks on my love handle area. I’ve had these suckers forever and they’re rather pronounced. I know i’ve got to drop about 15 more lbs. of fat to help, but does anyone know a way to at least diminish them? ALA? Vitamin E didn’t work nor did cocoa butter. Additionally what do you guys do to really accentuate the triceps X? I’ve got okay size, but not real definition. All assistance appreciated. Laters.
