i would like to make a 4 days split to gain strenght and size it will look like this :
day 1 : Squat 5x5
push press 5x5
lateral raise supersets with legs extention or curl 4x12
day 2 : Deadlift 5x5
chin up supersets with peck deck or cable 4x12
day 3 : squat 5x5
military press 5x5
( isolation on this ) ?
day 4 : deadlift or rowing 5x5 ?
incline bench 5x5
( isolation on this )
i dont know if my choose of the isolation is good ? or its too much ? what do you think ?
