I read a little while back that someone was doing a 3x a week strength training phase consisting of squat/bench/dead. How did it go? I need to add a good 40 lbs to my lifts to join the 2 plate club. What would you guys suggest?
What exactly do you mean by “2 plate club?” And which of the 3 lifts are you referring to adding 40 lbs to? Obviously your squat, dead, and bench aren’t the same value…could you clarify. What are your current numbers and what are you trying to increase them to?
