Strength Training Program

so ive been lifting half arsed for the last 12 months my 1rm is 90kg 140kg 210kg im 6ft 83kg
my bench and squat have gone nowhere in the last 8 months ive done up my own little strength training program so i can progress at my own pace when i hit the max reps ill add 2.5kg to all lifts what do u guys think???

Just stick with a program that is proven to work. No need to re-invent things. Starting strength, 5/3/1, texas method, sheiko, westside.
