Strength Training For HS Wrestlers?

Hello

Currently Im a 6’1 152 pound weakling with a 115 bench

And im a varsity wrestler and drastically need to pick up my strength but not sure where to start.

Also Im wondering if Im actually stronger than what I look like due to my lankyness.

But anyway, How should I go about getting to 189 next year with functional strength? Thanks!

Don’t worry about gaining weight, instead gain strength. At 152 lb. use your long arms and legs to your advantage.
