Strength Training, Circuits, and Eternal Warrior Program

Hello Coach!

Just reading through your recent AMA on Strength. Would the 12-week, 3-block program example you illustrated in that AMA work as the “Section 3” of your Eternal Warrior Plan? Or is the “circuit training” aspect key to the EWP?


I don’t fully understand your question. But the strength progression I outlined can be used as the strength portion of the eternal warrior approach
