I recently bought the strength/ mass program on your website. Now after reading the health effects of training and seeing your new article on strength skill workout to look like an athlete, I’m second-guessing myself. I’m 30 years old and want to continue building strength and muscle with the hardness look at rest. Please help me on which program to do. I don’t want to have realized I threw away $70 on the program if its not best option for me! Thanks
At 30 it’s a great option don’t worry about it!
And if you get an itch to try the strength-skill workout you can replace the strength work in the strength & mass program by the strength-skill circuit.
