Strength Question


I’m not a bodybuilder, I’m a bicycle racer; and, I just bought a bottle of Mag10 and Tribex 500 to cycle to increase my strength. It is critical for me to keep my weight down. I need strength/weight ratio high, not mass. I’m doing a minimum of 12hrs of riding per week so I don’t think massive gains would surface anyway. My diet consists of mostly carbs to fuel the type of exercise I’m doing. Do you have any diet suggestions that I should consider so that I waste my money and time? I will probably recover quicker, so increasing workout intensity and frequency is no problem. I just don’t want to eat lots of protein and put on 10 pounds.
