Strength Program

What’s this strength program I’m hearing about and where can I find it?

Solomon, the program is based on a linear cycle in which you do 1 set of 5 reps, five days a week, M-F, adding 5 lbs per workout (that’s a very brief overview). You can find all the details in Pavel T’s book Power to the People (which I highly recommend; it will change the way you look at strength training, and will start putting wheels on your lifts). You can pick it up at Dragondoor.

What page? I’ve read that book a few times & didn’t see it.
