Strength/Muscle Loss

Say you do not hit the weights for 10 days and have no physical activity during this time. Can you expect to see a major strength/muscle loss? How does this work? Does it vary from person to person?

you shouldnt lose any muscle(unless you havent been eating right)but the weight that you were using will feel heavy for a few days then it'll be business as usual

Unless, of course, you needed the recovery. Then, you might come back stronger & invigorated.
