i have looked online as to how tire flipping actually helps you get stronger, but i cant find anything. i want to know what it works. where it would fit into a 5 day routine. and what would be a good workout for tire flipping
From my understanding, it's mostly for general physical preparedness.

It works the body parts you would use to flip tires. Arms, legs, and back.
It works just about everything from your fingers to your toes.
