Pg 187 introduces the S&C program which interests me greatly having run 1000% awesome for several cycles.
It shows it as a five week programme followed by 7th week protocol.
The clarification I’m looking for is it appears to follow an A/B format, with 5’sPRO so should I have basically completed a full 5/3/1 cycle in two weeks rather than the usual three or have I missed something?
