Sorry for the lack of updates, went through a mini deload and started official meet prep today. Basically Week 1 will consist of a heavy 5 on squat and bench with a heavy 3 on dead, week 2 will be a heavy 3 and 2, week 3 will be heavy singles. The fourth week will be a deload and the cycle will repeat itself.

Is your Dec 2 meet an RPS meet?

No plan is to a USAPL meet then a USPA meet later in January and then either lift at the Arnold or the US Open
