I loved your programme, â??â??strength circuitsâ??, but I has changed my gym and I can only use a barbell, the dumbbells are too small and it isnâ??t easy to change the weight continuously to do different exercises, what would you recommend me to follow with something like the previous programme, although I can only do an exercise each time.
Doing one exercise at a time will not have the same training effect. I'm not saying it's not good, but the workouts will be a lot longer, you wont have the same effect of body composition and the exercises done at the end of the day will be done in a tired state and performance will suffer.
