Strength Challenge Question

Hi Jim,

Quick question about the strength challenge (Pg 88).

If I repeat the strength challenge I would just add 10/5 lbs. to the TM at the start of a new challenge or should TM go up after each deload?

I’ll take anyone’s answer, I probably just missed it in the book.

I actually had the same question when I first read it. I just assumed you were to up the TM after each cycle like always.

That is what I thought as well.

It’s hard to tell though with all the misinformation and bastardizations out there, which is why I asked.

It’s “normal” so after each 4 week cycle, you adjust the TM.
