Strength Challenge & Hang Cleans

Has anyone ever incorporated hang cleans into the strength challenge ?

The 5/3/1 challenges are generally to be done as written. But, as for programming the hang clean, I like to do them between press sets, after pressing, before squats, or on their own day.

Do the challenges as written.

Olympic lifts or their variations, as written in The Book, are to be done before the squat or deadlift.
