Can I also use the full body approach to accessoires like in the forever books? Meaning 3 categories.
Can I skip 4 th week deload? And do it after 2 cycles? As in forever? Forever contains many programs as hard or even harder and they run 2 cycles back to back. Looks like Jim changed his vision a bit and wanna know if this also applied to his old programs.
And lastly Ive read Jim said somewhere you don’t run challenges back to back. So if I wanna redo the strength challenge now and they, I should do a couple cycles of easier program , less intense in between?
