Strength Challenge for a Meet



I just finished the Boring But Big three month challenge and am next going to do the Strength Challenge (from Beyond 5/3/1). I am planning to do a powerlifting meet at the end of the Strength Challenge to test my lifts.

How would you change the last phase of the Strength Challenge to get ready for a meet? I thought about planning the meet for week 4 (the testing week in the book) but I want to make sure I am on the right track.

Have not run the strength challenge yet but plan to… looks like it would be a great way to peak for a meet. Good question.
