For the Strength Challenge that is in the Beyond book, would you recommend throwing in Joker Sets or just run it exactly as written? Thanks!
Having done this challenge, and others, they are meant to be run as is.
The challenge you did is the one where you do max reps with training max on the 5th week and 110% on the 9th week correct? Do you use the same training max the entire 12 weeks?
There isn't one single 531 template that runs for longer than 3-weeks where you don't follow the basic principle of adding 5/10lbs after every 3 week cycle.
