Who in your opinion is the best strength and fitness coach for those in their 40, 50s, and 60s. I hear names like Andy Baker and Dan John and was wondering if there or others worth considering?
Does age really matter that much? What might be more significant is your lifting age.
From my perspective, age is critical. But then again, this thread didn’t mention any over 70 years old.
Jon Andersen works with such a demographic to my understanding, himself being in his 50s
Jon was a fat, unathletic, fat little boy with a whopping learning disability who was searching for greatness in the bottom of that ice cream container. With very low self-esteem and a weight problem, Jon was a very easy target for neighborhood and schoolyard bullies.
