Squat - Current: Unknown (roughly 225) Goal: 185x20
Bench Press - Current: 200x1 Goal: 225x5
Deadlift - Current: 315x1 Goal: 405x1
Pull-ups - Current: 8 reps Goal: 20 reps
I currently train using either full body routines or upper/lower splits.
