Am looking to maintain strength while conditioning. Just wondering if this seems okay workout wise:
5-3-1 protocol but only the main exercises (bench, squat, deadlift, military)
Following this would be metcon work, mostly kettlebells (e.d.t. swings, whole body circuits, etc…) for no more than 15 minutes. This would 4x weekly. Also wondering what I could add to aid the fat burning for a couple more days?
