Good morning CT. A few months ago i asked you for advice regarding strenght training for a 12 hour GORUCK Challenge. You recomended built for bad circuits and it really helped me get throught the event.(A thousand thank yous by the way.) I am now preparing for a 24 hour event in august. I like the Ruasian strenght workout and the work capacity concept. Any suggestions for someone who needs strenght endurance for 24 hours?
