Strategy for Post-Antibiotic Gut Health?

I tend to get annual or bi-annual bouts of diverticulitis and am wondering what would be a good strategy to repopulate my gut microbiome after my prescribed treatment with antibiotics is over. Does anyone know of a good resource to guide me in trying to get my gut healthy and balance again? Thanks

I’m in the probiotics from whole foods’ sources camp so cultured kefir, kimchi, kraut, kombucha and greek yogurt are all staples.

Even more important following an antibiotic regimen (as you mentioned) but I’ve learned that I need to ingest them all regularly (read: daily) for optimal gut health.
