Strange Shift Work Patterns

Hi,

I am returning to the gym after 16 month break.

The thing is that I my job requires me to work shifts and I help on devising a training plan.

My hours are

2 mornings - 6.00 - 14.00
2 afternoons - 2pm - 10 pm
2 nights 10pm - 6am.

three days off

cycle then repeats.

I would really appreciate help on this.
