Strange Sched

Hello … I have a strange work out schedule because of my job … I can work out 3 days a week but they are all together Monday Tues and Wed… what is a good program using that as a “window” 3 days straight. Total body 3 consecutive days in a row but slightly different on different days? and use the 4 days away to recover? I feel like I am up against a wall.

That works. Check this site for articles by Chad Waterbury. You can get some good ideas from him. One idea is a heavy day on Day 1, light on day 2 and a asymetrical day on day 3. Or do power on day 1, heavy on day 2, light on day 3. It’s not likely you will have energy for heavy on day 3 in any case.
