Hello ... I have a strange work out schedule because of my job ... I can work out 3 days a week but they are all together Monday Tues and Wed... what is a good program using that as a "window" 3 days straight. Total body 3 consecutive days in a row but slightly different on different days? and use the 4 days away to recover? I feel like I am up against a wall.
