I have a strain from lower arm pit all the way to the top of the arm pit (mid bicep). I did it recently while BB benching. Same injury the last 3 years...once a year, but this is the 2nd time in the past 6 months.
It always happen when I go heavy on BB Bench. Now I know most of you say, then dont do it, but in my circumstance, the gym I go to does not have very heavy DB's.
Any suggestion on how to prevent this and rehab it?
FYI, I always warm up my shoulders before every lift, and I usually do 3-4 warm up sets before my working sets.
