I need some advice. I have 2.5 days left of "Growth Surge phase II". I have been taking MAG-10 and eating based on the guidelines in "Massive Eating". This morning I strained my neck/trap while doing deadlifts. I know it is probably my fault for not stretching out well enough beforehand.
I think I should probably take a few days off to recover but I'm not sure what to do about the rest of my training program. Should I take a week off then resume where I left off, including taking the MAG-10?
