I recently strained a lat about a week ago. I always get back spasms in my upper back and I guess I just aggravated it and made it worse while doin’ rows. I’ve been taking aleve and have been heating it for about 4 days and it feels a lot better. However, I can’t deadlift because of it. Anybody have any ideas on how to mask the pain for about 2/3 hours so I can lift?
