This is my first time in T-nation forum, although i have been following 5/3/1 for 5 months now. I have recently suffered from strained glutes which kept me away from gym for a month. As i have recovered from the injury i am planning to hit back to the gym again. I wanted to know should i start doing full range squats/deadlifts right away(considering have recently recovered from glute strain) ? or should I proceed with "Anderson squats/deadlifts" ?
