Strained Delt Suggestions

hey guys, i've got a problem. any ideas on a strained delt muscle? i know to ice it but is there anything else besides time that will help speed up recovery? any fast input will be much appreciated.

don't sweat it too much. I know strains suck, but they usually pass in less than a week. If you're sure it's a strain just try to have a nice rest for the next couple days.
