My back is curved in from I guess bad posture? Ive been using good posture for the past month or so, how long will it take, and what exercises should I do to get it straight?
foam roller, focus on thoracic flexibility
front squats, facepulls, back squats, barbell rows, cable rows deadlifts, RDLs, hypers, bent flyes
keep your head up
step on a tennis ball to loosen up the rear muscles
Deadlifts cured my back pain and bad posture. To this day I’m still amazed at what a good job it did. I make sure to do them at least once a week.
I used to be hunched forward all the time but after doing deadlifts it feels like I can’t stand with bad posture if I tried.
