Straight to the Gym with No Good?


Hey guys, Im wondering if it is okay for me to wake up and go straight to the gym without eating or anything? I take Creatine so I have to go on an empty stomach, should I eat then wait an hour and a half and then go or are there no disadvantages of going to the gym straight away?

I would not train (lift) with no fuel. Cardio is fine. Pre workout shake with protein and carbs then train is what I would do.


Creatine does NOT need to be taken with an empty stomach. And lord knows food is more important than creatine no matter what the goal.
