NEW GOAL: Zercher squat 102 x 10 (I think my best eves Z squat is about 120 or so kgs…will try and get back to that and beyond).

Mixed it up again today…
OHP: 92 x 13
OHP: 62 x 10 x 3 (minimal rest between sets)
7kg lateral raises, one side at a time…did about 80 reps + did the same with front raises
Burn out set: DB OHP 4.5 x 25!

Zercher squats: 72 x 10 + 62 x 3 x 10-12
4 sets of glute bridges

8 rounds of chins, push-ups & goblets squats…this…TOTALLY…kicked …my… ARSE!!!
