Yes sir that was my profile before i tore up my shoulder!

Any who know i’m down to 125 a lot leaner and just started lifting milk jugs for rehab.

Hopefully i’ll be back in a couple of weeks and on cycle!!!

Yeah it has been close to three months i dropped to the floor last night and did agonizing push up’s!!!

This morning the weak pain feels a lot less i think what ever damage was done has healed about 80%.

I’ll continue with warming up with the jug’s starting with 4-sets of ten moving up in sets every otherday.

I’m dying to walk into the gym and go balls to the wall.

Any who that might not be for a while!
