I have 5 stitches in my lower left palm from a laceration.
Basically it's just my thumb that I can't use without pain. I don't need to do anything to heavy but I'd like to hold a dumbbell and hang on a bar for the 2 weeks my hand is healing. My training I need my left hand for is basically just holding light DB and holding to a pull-up bar.
Any ideas besides duct taping the DB to my wrist? Lol
