Stimulate or Annihilate?

I’m running 3 full body workouts per week:
M: 5/4/3/5/4/3
W: 5/2/5/2/5/2
F: Clusters
Alternating workout
A: Bench, squats, SGHP
B: DL, push press, weighted chins
Finishing each with loaded carries.

I’m pushing within about a rep of max in a few sets each exercise. Is that too much for 3 days a week?

Now I’m no CT by a long shot. But assuming diet is in order, are you getting closer to your goals? If so then it isn’t too much. If you’re not gaining or actually losing, then it’s probably too much.

Haven’t been doing it long enough to accurately judge accumulated overtraining. Usually a little sore through next workout but nothing bad. Didn’t know if it violated 90% training max principle…

On another note, changing weights constantly gets a little annoying, but boy does wave loading work!
