Wow. Sucks. In all seriousness, counter to finding an energy supplement, it sounds like you may just need to be sure you’re getting 8-9 hours of sleep at night. Carbs before bed and sleep. I actually supplement with melatonin on the nights where I’ve trained in the evening. Sleep like a rock.

Yah, maybe I’ll try some more melatonin. I’ve used before but maybe my dose wasnt high enough…
