I was wondering if people thought replacing conventional deadlifts with stiff legged deadlifts for the 5x10 on BBB cycles would be reasonable?
I feel my hamstrings are a weak link, compared to quads they look untrained and I wonder if it's leaving a lot on the table with improving my lifts having such an important group weak. I've been doing GHRs also, but I wondered if doing the SLDL as well might help. I'll still do conventional deadlifts on the FSL/SSL cycles.
