I was wondering how staight(stiff) you should keep your legs while doing the lift. I currently keep my legs completely locked out. Let me know what you think.
Slightly flexed (10-15 degrees). They’re STIFF legged deadlifts, not straight legged deads.
Unlock your knees. You’ll notice a huge difference. I made that mistake the first couple times I did them. When I made the change I found my hams were being worked Sooooooo much more (I loved it!)
keeping the knees locked was how I injured my back six years ago. Definitely unlock the knees and try to feel it more in the hamstrings.
