I've been incorporating this into my routine for about 2 months now. My question is, just how much lower back is involved? I often hear people say "YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL IT AT ALL IN YOUR LOWER BACK." How is that possible? I definitely feel something in my lower back. Does that mean I'm doing it wrong?
I don't know how you wouldn't feel it there.. Maybe not burning feeling, but I can still feel it there.
I also feel the stretch coming in my hams/glutes during those.
The people who say that are probably the same ones using 85 pounds on the movement. Of course they don't feel it in their back.
its a compound movement, your low back/erectors are definitley involved.
