Stiff Hands

Anyone else get this?

Some mornings I wake up and have to uncurl my fingers manually my hands are so stiff. I’ve been looking around to see if there is any correlation between AAS use and tight hands and nothing. First time after 5 years of training that I’ve had this issue, its getting to the point were I can’t train in the AM anymore.

I get occasionally get this after training forarms or super heavy rows, try fully stretching out your forearms while lightly pumped. Then take the foam roller to them thoroughly for a good 10 minutes.

And you aren’t taking growth by any chance are you?
