Just curious- but why doesn’t Stewie on Family Guy ever look older. Is he a mutant or something? Or are they all in a worm hole and can’t age?

I recall reading that Dennis the Menace would have a 6th birthday party every year, but was always back to five the next day.
New Brian prevented it. But now that New Brian is gone, Stewie WILL begin aging.

I think the simpsons kids passed their grades multiple times but never got older and still had the same teachers…one time they got sent to military school and passed their grade that way.
In South Park the kids went from 3rd grade to 4th, but now they are stuck in 4th forever.
