Has anyone ever read Stew Smith’s SWAT Workout or Special Forces Workout books? I am a 38 yr old Detective and recently reenlisted in the Army National Guard. My 2 mile run is currently 15:58-16:10. I am trying to get it down to 15:00. However, I do not wish to lose my strentgh gains. Any ideas for a strentgh program?
