I don't have the SWAT book, but I do have MAXIMUM FITNESS.
It's pretty good...a shitload of chin-ups which I'm not about to do. But otherwise OK. It's one of those fitness books where page 52 is a big picture of the "up" position of a push-up and page 53 is the "down" position picture...ugh.
If your book wants people to do 250 push-ups, 100 chin-ups 50 dive bombers and a 3 mile run I think you should give them the credit of knowing what a push-up actually is and if you do want to include a picture don't use 2 pages!
