Stepping Out On Stage

Ok I have 7 weeks before my show and I am looking for the best techniques for leaning down. I am 5’5" and currently weigh in at 144. I have been doing a carb rotation of 1 day high carbs, 3 days high protein with carbs only in the morning. I lift 5 days a week and do cardio about 3 days a week.

Any and all guidance would be amazing!!! I am looking to do the bikini division for this show, but looking to get into the fitness round by next June.
