one of my clients has the problem. I would like to know what this is exactly, and exercises to help this and ones to avoid. any help would be great. thanx
Spinal stenosis is a decreased opening in the spinal canal that the spinal cord passes through. Positions of extension are going to bring on pain/symptoms…therefore they are going to have poor posture. You are going to have to come up with some exercises that don’t require tight upright posture. Squats, military presses are not gonna be happening.
