Hey fellow T-men,
I’m one of those people who’ve had pretty good results from cardio. But now, due to this crazy ass weather, I can’t really go running. So far I’m working on bodyweight exercises, jump rope, and GPP Coach Davies style.
I’ve decided to look into getting a stationary cycle, except that I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to specifications. If anyone could help out by explaining some of the different types and models out there. I’m also trying to research it on my on my own so don’t think I’m being lazy =).
